Lesson 1: Introduction to Google Forms
Google Forms is a free online tool for creating surveys, quizzes, and forms
Access via https://forms.google.com or through Google Drive
Click “Blank” to start or choose from pre-designed templates like feedback or registration forms
Forms are made of different types of questions and sections for structured data collection
Lesson 2: Creating and Customizing Forms
Use the toolbar to add:
Short answer, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdowns, and more
Date, time, file upload, and linear scale
Click + to add a question, or use the icons for images, videos, and sections
Use Settings to enable quiz mode, limit responses, or collect email addresses
Customize the appearance using Themes (colors, fonts, background images)
Lesson 3: Sharing and Collecting Responses
Click “Send” to share the form via email, link, or embed on a website
Forms can be filled out on any device
Use response settings to allow editing, limit responses, or show summaries
Turn on notifications to get email alerts when someone responds
Lesson 4: Analyzing Data and Responses
View responses directly in Google Forms (Summary, Question, and Individual views)
